Show Time

Well, I had an excellent holiday, and I hope all your holidays went well as well.

Now that we're back to work, we have one week left to prepare for the Atlanta, Dallas, and New York markets! Although it's a lot of work, and we are down to the wire on timing, I must say I am VERY excited to launch our new products! I have been working on these for months, and I can't wait to see what you all think of them.

Hi Everyone!

What happened Arod?

I know, I know...I'm not supposed to get upset about this....but I can't help myself! Arod and Kate!!! What happened!!?? I thought they would be in it for the long run- that was WAYYYY to fast!! I don't know the whole story but I'm thinking...it's Arod's fault! May have won the world series but this is a big loss for him...does everyone agree??

Sequins, Sequins, Sequins!

I've seen it, and I know you've seen it, sequins is everywhere! Everything from sequins jackets to even sequins leggings! I have got to tell you, I LOVE IT! I just got my new issue of Glamour Magazine in the mail this week and right on the cover is Sarah Jessica Parker in a sequin jacket and ripped jeans. This is the January issue, and although it may not be Glamour's intention, EVERYONE is wearing sequin and rhinestones!

I, myself have bought at least 4 sequin items in the past month alone (all possible options for my New Year's Eve attire). Where sequins on New Years can be expected, what seems to be happening with the trend is that it is becoming a staple for going out!

WWD agrees that sequin is what can be expected to do best this quarter and next in apparel and accessories.

Once again, Rhinestone Ruby is right on top of this trend. We have sold at this point thousands of our new sequin wristlets! We have 4 styles, all black sequins with cute sequin symbols. We have a silver and a purple peace sign bag and now new red and pink heart styles! What makes them even more exciting is that you can personalize them with up to 20 rhinestone letters and charms! I know I get loads of compliments when I wear mine out, and from recent conversations with my mom, she has been getting huge compliments on hers as well. She has even ordered over 40 from the company to give as gifts, as well as to sell them to her friends... and these are for women in their 50's! (Sorry mom).

Personalized Rhinestone Jewelry Line- New Ideas?

My name is Erin, and I mainly work in product development and marketing for Rhinestone Ruby. I'm not sure if you've seen our personalized rhinestone jewelry line, but I would love to hear your ideas of what you like to see as additions to the line! Personalized jewelry is the hit item of this past year. It's seen on moms, kids, teens, and celebrities everywhere!

Rhinestone Ruby's line of personalized jewelry is more than just rhinestone initials. Its consists of trendy two-toned symbols, silver and gold words; and of course rhinestone letters in silver and in gold. Our jewelry is competitive with many top designer brands out there, but its priced just right for today's economy! We have had tremendous success with the jewelry, especially during this holiday season, and I would like to add some new symbols for this upcoming year.

We've gotten some requests from our customers, but I would love to hear your feedback as well. Here are a few ideas I'm working on for the two-toned symbols, let me know what you think!

We Are Having Wild Success With Rhinestone Ruby House Parties!

We heard what you have to say and we are responding! Rhinestone Ruby has just launched its Home Party Division. Within the past year I can’t count how many times people have mentioned that they are looking for a way to make some extra money. In such a hard economic time it seems like all you hear about are layoffs, budget cuts and hardships.

While Rhinestone Ruby has been involved in the home party scene since the company launched the outstanding demand for a new channel of income from so many of our customers, family and friends has driven us to launch our home party division full force.

I hosted a house party last week and had a blast! The party was a Hawaiian themed flip flop party with beautiful leis, seashell decorated tables, pina coladas, strawberry daiquiris and a group of friends and family all super excited to check out the Rhinestone Ruby Bling!

The women mingled, tried on flip flops modeled the bags and ALL placed orders! The night was a huge success and I couldn’t believe how much fun I just had while working! I did $800.00 in orders which means that I made $400.00!! While my party was going on Rhinestone Ruby had 4 other parties running throughout the country on the same night.

After all was said and done and all the orders were placed every guest went home with great cookies shaped like flip flops, pineapples and palm trees! What a great party!

We had a great meeting today!! We met with all of our New York Sales Reps and they LOVED the new products coming out for 2010!!
